These have the model and serial numbers of the appliance you would like to schedule an appointment for handy. These were sent to you at the time of settlement by Customer Care, but you can also find them on manufacturer's stickers inside the appliances. First, navigate to Geometry.com. Select the Owner Support tab at the top of the screen.
click Schedule Service. This takes you to the main page, where you can either schedule a service appointment or check on the status of an existing appointment. Click on the blue Schedule Service button on the left side of the screen. On the next page you have three options: either continue as a guest, create an account, or sign in to your existing account. How to Schedule an Assurant Service Appointment
Step 1. Pick the appliance type that needs service. We are using a refrigerator as an example. Step 2. Enter your zip code. This takes you to the next page, which is: Tell us your appliance issue. Here you provide details regarding your issue. You will see the question: What's the trouble with your appliance? Select an answer from the dropdown menu. Next fill out the field that says a little more.
Make sure you provide any necessary details for the service technician. For the question, was your appliance purchased in the last 12 months? Click Yes. Please note if your appliance is beyond the 12 month mark but still within the second year of ownership, you will exit this process and contact Customer Care at 703-348-5806 for further instructions on how to schedule the Assurant Extended Warranty. Next enter your model number and serial number in the appropriate fields. A chat box may pop up with information on how to troubleshoot your issue. Follow those prompts if you like. This may provide an easy solution for the problem you are experiencing. For our purposes, let's go ahead and pick a day and time that worked for the service appointment. Once the date and time are selected, click on next appointment location.
Fill all the fields with your contact information. If your account is already set up, this information will automatically populate. Once done, click Schedule Appointment. At this point, GE provides the date and time and issues a confirmation number. It is important to note your confirmation number. You will need this information if you want to reschedule your appointment. As you scroll down, you will see all your appointment details. That's it. That's all you have to do.
