The Refrigerator Professional Series 36 Inch Gas Cooktop

I've had it for a couple of years, very happy with it. There's a review of this on our page. This is a very popular piece because you get an extra large refrigerator (-19 cubic foot-) and an extra large freezer (at 19 cubic foot). It looks great, Professional handles. It's also finger print resistant, so it doesn't give you all those smudges, especially in that large surface area. It's not going to look bad at all. A few things that I like about this. I personally like the look of a clean door without having the dispenser on the door, and if you do have kids that like to play with those sort of things, it's not going to make a mess.

However, inside just the wall of the refrigerator, you do have a dispenser that is flush with the wall that is filtered water. The water filter is very easy to access right there, and you still have ice in this tray right there. It's actually interesting pyramid-shaped ice. You have dual LED lights on both sides up here that give you great, even bright, lighting. It's what they would consider a counter depth refrigerator, so it's not a true built-in refrigerator. But having that shallow depth makes things very accessible. You don't have to reach back behind things that are difficult to access or difficult to see, and yet, when you compare it with other similar large-format refrigerator freezer columns, it's about half the price, or less than many of the other options out there. This is also the refrigerator professional series, so it gives you a little bit of an upgrade feature package, including the included handle that has the steering marks on one side and flat handle on the other. It also has an extra height output center burner so you can boil a large pot of water much more quickly than you might with other cooktops, and it even has a very, very delicate low- simmer burner kind of hidden within the extra large burner, so you can do very delicate cooking as well as very high temperature cooking on the same burner. We're up to go with a custom-hood insert. You know, unlike having just a traditional over-the- range microwave with the venting built into it, it's a much more effective way of venting than you'll have with that. It also gives you a great, often hidden look with the custom cabinet like this, the kind of best of both worlds: performance and appearance. The dishwasher has the same handle as the refrigerator freezer that you saw. It's a great look. Many dishwashers these days.

The Best Utensil Racks

You'll have a third rack, which is great for utensils, things that sometimes just take space on the main rack. The middle rack is adjustable in this one very easily. It has some drop down times to adjust, give you more space available for larger items. One of the most unique things about this particular model is what they call orbit wash. You have the outsides that actually spins independent of the main arm, so it gives you four times more wash coverage. It has proven great wash results on this model.

The Convection Oven

So we decided to go with this piece for the microwaves. If we don't have the microwave above the range, obviously it's a custom venthood. This is a combination microwave and convection oven. It's a great choice because it does have a great looking built-in appearance, with a pull-down door which matches the pull-down door on the primary oven. And it is a full baking convection oven, addition to a full-function microwave. And below that, of course, we have the primary wall oven. This oven has a full glide out rack for convenient access to heavier items, maybe doing turkey or heavy fan and full convection options. It actually has two convection fans.
